FAQ

Q. Can I drop my equipment off for repair after hours.

A. No, for security reasons we close and lock our gates at the end of our business hours. We are not responsible for customer’s equipment stolen from our property and do not want to put your equipment at risk.

Q. Do you provide financing for my equipment purchase?

A. Yes, we have various lending institutions we work in addition to our suppliers. Our major manufactures often offer finance terms as low as 0% APR.

Q. Do you take trade-ins?

A. Trade-ins are a normal part of our sales operation. Once it is determined you have a trade for your new purchase, your salesman will make arrangements with you to see your equipment and determine its trade value.

Q. What are your hours?

A. We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Q. What are your Saturday Hours?

A. We are open on Saturday year around from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We found seasonal hours to be confusing and weather dependent.

Q. Where do I go for warranty parts and service?

A. We take a lot of pride in our ability to service what we sell. This is unlike the mass merchants and “Big Box Stores”. We provide warranty parts and service each of the brands we sell.

Q. My chainsaw isn’t working properly, can you repair it?

A. With two Stihl Gold technicians in our service department, we can repair most any chainsaw. Unfortunately, we have found parts for most competitive saws to be very difficult and time consuming to find. While we would like to help, we can only affordably repair the Stihl brand of chainsaws.

Q. I would like you to repair my equipment, can you arrange delivery?

A. We have a complete fleet of vehicles designed to safely transport your equipment for repair. Simply contact our Agricultural or Lawn and Garden service departments. Badge or Dave will be happy to make the arrangements with you.
